Paul our proprietor has been the highest Grade of Instructor for over 15 years now and he ensures his instructors are what he wants for the Academy. He isn’t interested in taking on any ADI as there is a lot of low quality instructors out there but likes to keep a small Academy but have the best instructors with no weak links.
